We also assist clients navigate through the design and planning phase of a development project. We emphasise to clients that when we are engaged at the outset of the design process, we are best placed to ensure schemes are functional, marketable and permissable.

To achieve this, we undertake a site and precinct analysis to establish the rationale for a design vision. We liaise with a team of consultants to ensure the emerging design is buildable and permissable from a local authority perspective. We then undertake our own design and planning assessment against the existing urban context and character and the relevant protocols of the planning scheme.
